Todo Bueno

Todo Bueno is a fun, up-scale, fast casual dining establishment located upstairs at the SLO Public Market in San Luis Obispo, California. The restaurant serves individuals and families alike, offering a menu that caters to Cal-Mex tastes.

The menu at Todo Bueno features a variety of dishes, including killer quesadillas, tasty tacos, crispy fries, slaw bowls, and mission-style burritos. They also offer a selection of draft beers, local wines, and hard ciders. Some of their notable dishes include seared beef quesadillas made with meat cooked in a wok, flour tortillas lightly crisped on a grill, and a custom blend of cheeses and slaw.

Todo Bueno is owned by John MacKinnon, who runs the restaurant with his wife Kernn MacKinnon. The couple also manages Moonstone Beach Bar and Grill in Cambria, and they have expanded their culinary interests to Mexican food in SLO with the help of a Hispanic-majority kitchen staff. John MacKinnon is passionate about grilling, sautéing, and searing his riffs on Mexican fare in a 125,000 BTU wok.

The restaurant has a lovely heated patio overlooking the SLO Public Market courtyard, as well as indoor booths with TVs to keep customers up-to-date with sports scores. Online order and take-out options are also available. Todo Bueno offers a unique fusion of Cal-Mex flavors in a family-friendly restaurant experience.
